Do you have a green thumb? There are those who are gifted with a green thumb, and others who can just look at a plant and it will begin to wilt. If plants aren’t rooted deep enough in the soil they may die. The same is true for you. How rooted are you in the Lord? Have you been nourishing yourself with God’s word? How is your prayer life? What fruit are you bearing? To bear good fruit of the Lord, you must supply yourself with the proper nourishment. When your roots are properly nourished in God, you will be able to withstand the different seasons of your life.

Colossians 2:6-7 “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
