What are you afraid of? When fear approaches we may naturally want to retreat. It could be flying on a plane, public speaking, or visiting the dentist. Fear has no limits, it will attack the strongest of the strong. It is important to remember although fear may attempt to take over, we are never walking alone. Our mighty, powerful & sovereign God is always with us. He never leaves us nor forsakes us. When fear tries to take over, acknowledge how you feel and ask God for His strength and perseverance to face whatever battle is ahead of you. The battle is never ours, it’s always the Lords.
2 Chronicles 20:15, “Then the Spirit of the LORD came on Jahaziel son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite and descendant of Asaph, as he stood in the assembly.”
This week’s word: Fear
This week’s activity: This week spend some time journaling that things that scare you. It’s important to acknowledge what these things and/or circumstances are. Then write a prayer to give them all over to God. Let’s release the stronghold of fear this week.
