At 6:30 tonight, cyclists will fill uptown streets on a 7 mile ride to protest car-friendly road plans. The ride will go through the Elizabeth neighborhood, Chantilly, Plaza Midwood, uptown and South End. Circle K Speed Street festivities open at 2 p.m. today, 9 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday. Monday in observance of Memorial Day, CATS bus routes, the LYNX Blue and Gold Line will operate on a Sunday Schedule.
