She is breaking barriers. Meet Justine Lindsay who is the Carolina Panther’s first out transgender woman. In fact, she is the first transgender woman to cheer in the NFL.
This football season, you will see Justine on the field along with the 29 other members of the TopCats. According to Buzzfeed News, she disclosed on her paperwork for the audition for the team that is transgender. But that was not an issue for the squad director. The Director said it was her talent and integrity that won her the spot.
On her instagram post, Lindsay boasts she is a “Haitian African American Transgender female, ballet dancer who loves God and God loves her.
