A recent trailer for Back in Action, a Netflix film, just released and it's featuring both Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx. The action packed movie is the first time we're seeing both Diaz and Foxx on the big screen after past medical emergencies.
Cameron Diaz Returns to Hollywood
The movie is about two CIA agents getting back into action after their cover is blown when they leave the CIA to start a family. The action packed trailer is going viral as fans are eager to see Diaz back on their screens since her last film, Annie, in 2014.
Netflix website says, "Years after giving up life as CIA spies to start a family, Emily and Matt are pulled back into the world of espionage when their cover is blown."
Along with Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx, the movie stars Glenn Close, Kyle Chandler, Andrew Scott, Jamie Demetriou, McKenna Roberts, and Rylan Jackson.
The film was first announced in 2022 when filming kicked off, but Foxx's medical emergencies caused a delay in the filming process. Once Foxx returned in January, the movie filming resumed and now the movie is expected to drop on Netflix on January 17, 2025.
