Chris Brown Recalls Squashing Beef With Drake After 2012 Club Brawl
During his visit to Drink Champs, Chris Brown recalled the time when he and Drake got into a physical altercation at a SoHo nightclub back in 2012. The fight was allegedly over their mutual ex- Rihanna.
“I’m not saying I will come with all the smoke but I really don’t have no problem with all the smoke,” said Breezy. “I ain’t even tryin’ to be tough, none of that. It be the—most of the time, forgive me for saying this, but the n—– that I be knockin’ out or beatin’ up… [laughs] ‘Got beat up by a singin’ n—-.'”
The R&B crooner added that there was a mixup between both parties about what really down.
“It was just a misunderstanding on both ends,” Chris said. “I ain’t going into too many details. It’s funny now, but as far as that, blood, he good. He straight.”
He added, “It was funny, and then when we actually sat and talked about it afterward, it was just like, man, what the f— was we doing? Like bro, that s— funny as hell. But s—, I’m an R&B n—-.”
The two would later go on to make amends and drop the eight-times platinum and Grammy-nominated single “No Guidance” in 2019.
It seems as though it’s water under the bridge now but take a look at Breezy talking about the squashed beef here.
