All I can say is ‘WOW’!! And ‘You make me sick.’ Of course, I’m joking about the latter, however Ciara is pretty sickening how she looks as if no human was ever inside of her.
But, she put in the work to look like this. She’s on Weight Watchers and of course, some of her workout routine includes:
- strength training with resistance bands
- treadmill workout for cardio
- rowing (on rowing machine) for low-impact, high intensity cardio
