They primarily took a look at violent crimes per 1,000 residents. They say the report shines a spotlight on safety patterns in America.

Now hold on just a minute, I live in Clover, South Carolina and that isn’t far from Sparkle City. We experience lovely neighbors, gorgeous property, and newly built schools. But then Clover is much smaller than Spartanburg.
