Flying in American Airlines biggest plane will have it's advantages. If you can afford the price of admission. Directly from the Charlotte Observer, consider this:

"There are a total of 60 seats where passengers can lie flat, basically 1 in 5 seats aboard the aircraft. That includes the eight in “Premium First” class and 52 in “Premium Business” class. ▪ The seat width in “Premium First” is 21 1/2 inches. You can compare that to main cabin seats, which range in width from 16.2 to 17.1 inches. ▪ An arrivals lounge in Heathrow for Flagship First, Flagship Business and certain other categories offers shower suites, valet ironing, a breakfast and lunch buffet, and a coffee and champagne bar. ▪ There also is private check-in with access to an expedited security line in Heathrow and a few other airports for Flagship First and certain other customers. Alas, Charlotte is not on that list."
