You’ve heard all the talk about plant-based living. And exactly what does that mean? According to Certified Professional Trainer and my personal trainer Roy Henderson, it means eating those things that come from the earth.
In other words, there are no bread or donut bushes out there. Henderson’s been on the plant-based eating journey for the past 50 days and he’s taking about 300 followers with him.
I agree – I think it’s time for something new in my life. So, I’m stepping it up and joining Roy on the plant-based living tip. Ok, I’ll really be taking baby steps. I’ll keep you posted.
