No More Tickets, Carolina Panthers Move To Mobile-Only Ticketing For 2019 Season
Attention, Carolina Panthers fans, your days of print-at-home tickets are gone.
Where fans previously would scan their printed tickets at the gate, starting this fall (Friday, August 16th) fans will have to scan their phone screens.
The goal this year is to get all fans using their smartphones to get through the gates. And this is a good thing!! No more of the #1 fear for fans: fraudulent or phony tickets. This new way includes a “moving, active bar code” that resets every 15 seconds. And fans can’t even screen shot it to get into the game.
If you don’t own a smartphone, call the team’s ticket office (704-358-7800) as early in advance as possible. Panthers officials plan to deal with accounts on a case-by-case basis.
