Megan Thee Stallion Drops New EP ‘Suga’ And New Video
Amid legal issues with her record label 1501 Certified Entertainment, Megan Thee Stallion has dropped her new EP Suga, as promised. Megan has also released a new video for her single, “B.*.T.C.H.”
Suga is a nine-track EP that only has two guest appearances: Kehlani (“Hit My Phone”) and Gunna (“Stop Playing”). Megan also enlisted Detroit producer Helluva on the first track “Ain’t Equal” and her single “B.*.T.C.H.” that is a re-telling of the late 2Pac’s “Ratha Be Ya N*gg*,” from a woman’s perspective.
Hot Girl Meg takes it to the west coast on “Hit My Phone, ” a track that’s bound to get any California native crip walking. The Houston rapper also defines herself as “the hood Mona Lisa” who is “classy, bougie, ratchet, sassy, moody, and nasty” on “Savage.”
Megan gets vulnerable on “Crying in the Car” as she recalls overcoming her struggles and experiencing evolving friendships.

“B.*. T.C.H.” is the first single for Suga as well as the first song that Megan released a visual for. At the beginning of the video, she gives herself advice. “You can’t keep letting [expletive] walk all over you. You don’ need to be playing too nice with everybody,” Megan tells herself.
“But what if I’m not strong enough?” she then asks herself. “Who you gone listen to? Them? Or Tina Snow? What you need to do is go in there and show them that you’re that [expletive]” Megan then says. “You’re right. I am that [expeletive] ” she responds to herself. “I know.”
Megan then walks into a parking garage with two gray bulldogs in tow before getting into her first verse in the Eif Rivera-directed video. In the video, Megan rides around the city hanging out of the passenger side window of a Rolls Royce before having some fun in a hot tub, later. Check out the video below.
