Rick Ross’ Diss Track “Champagne Moments” Gets Released
Rozay came for Drake on his diss track “Champagne Moments” in which he reveals why he decided to unfollow Drake on Instagram.
“I unfollowed you, n—-, ’cause you sent the motherf—— cease-and-desist to French Montana, n—-/ You sent the police, n—–, hatin’ on my dog project.”
Details surrounding a cease and desist have not been revealed.
Elsewhere in the song, Ross alleges that Drake had a nose job.
“You ain’t never want to be a n—- anyway, n—-/ That’s why you had a operation to make your nose smaller than your father nose, n—-,” Ross raps.
The bar earned a response from Drake’s mom Sandi Graham, who was disappointed that he didn’t tell her about it, if he did in fact get a nose job.
“Aubs – the internet is saying you got a nose job?? You looked the same to me in the kitchen today. I can’t believe you would get one without me, cuz you know I always wanted one. Don’t tell me that you got tattoos without me and now this, too?” she wrote in the screenshot Drake posted to Instagram.
The “You Broke My Heart” rapper jokingly wrote back: “I would have got us a 2 for 1 deal if I went ma. It’s coming from Rick Ross the guy I did songs with he’s gone loopy off the Mounjaro he hasn’t eaten in days and it’s turned him angry and racist he’s performing at proms for money it’s bad we’ll handle it.”
“Champagne Moments” was a response to Drake’s where Drizzy mentions his “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” collaborator’s past and how he helped build his career off of his features.
“I might take your latest girl and cuff her like I’m Ricky,” raps Drake, referencing Ross’ history as a correctional officer. “Can’t believe he jumpin’ in, this n—- turnin’ fifty / Every song that made it on the chart, he got from Drizzy / Spend that lil’ check you got and stay up out my business,” Drake raps.
