In The Market For A New Home? These Are The Charlotte Area’s Hottest Zip Codes
Are you looking to purchase a home in the coming months? While housing markets have slowed slightly in many areas of the country, here in Charlotte they are still booming. It’s definitely a seller’s market, though I personally hope that changes soon. Our friends over at OpenDoor provided us with the Charlotte area’s hottest zip codes. These are the zip codes that have seen the most people moving to them in the first part of 2023.
“These top 10 ZIP Codes in North Carolina offer a little bit of everything for all walks of life. Families are flocking to areas like Highland Creek, complete with a golf course, multiple pools, tennis courts and top-notch schools, it’s no wonder this is the most popular ZIP on our list. For young professionals, singles, and couples, Rockhill and Waxhaw offer lively downtown areas and lots of entertainment options. While home buyers looking to explore the outdoors are finding their dream homes in areas like Fort Mill which is close to Lake Wylie and has great proximity to a lot of hiking trails.” Opendoor’s CLT Broker, Kevin McClave told us.
