Charlotte Named One of America’s Most Festive Cities
Christmas may be over, but it’s always great to be in jolly good spirits. 2022 was one wild year, but cities across the country ended it right with the most beautiful, festive decorations. December is a great way to end a year, but it is also one of the most beautiful times of the year. All of the Christmas decorations and holiday spirit will put just about anyone in a great mood.
Lawn Starter took time to see how things went this last holiday season to see which cities were the most festive in the country. They wanted to see which of the 200 biggest cities made you feel like you were in a Hallmark movie. These are the cities with BIG holiday spirit. From lights, holiday events, Christmas markets, and more. Those cities that feel like you just might walk right past Santa at any time. Well, guess what? Charlotte not only made the list but we’re ranked pretty high! Charlotte is one of the country’s most festive cities. The Queen City came in at No. 9 just under San Diego, California. Charlotte got an overall score of 33.53. From our holiday events throughout the city, the beautiful lights, sometimes snow, and holiday fun we do offer a good bit of festiveness around the holidays.
