I’ve been on a journey to wellness for a while now and always learning more of what’s really good for me. Little did I know my favorite snack of ginger candy could really be good for me!
I checked in with my CPT (certified professional trainer) Roy Henderson of Remnant Fitness. He explained there are more “natural” herbs that can change my life than I probably ever knew.
For example. the ginger candy I’ve been snacking on helps with my digestive system. And ginger he says, can also boost my immunity. Who knew?
