I’ve been on a journey to wellness for a while now and always learning more of what’s really good for me. Little did I know my favorite snack of ginger candy could really be good for me!

I checked in with my CPT (certified professional trainer) Roy Henderson of Remnant Fitness. He explained there are more “natural” herbs that can change my life than I probably ever knew.

For example. the ginger candy I’ve been snacking on helps with my digestive system. And ginger he says, can also boost my immunity. Who knew?

1) Coconut oil - improves digestion, prevents cavities

2) Bladder Wrath - eliminates age spots

3) Sea Moss - increases libido, strengthens immune system, increases weight loss

4) Burdock - source of antioxidants, blood detoxes, probiotic, aphrodisiac

5) Gotu Kola - increases brain capacity, helps with memory

6) Black Seed - antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant

7) Elderberry - boost immune system, high in antioxidant, helps with constipation
