Cardi B, Chance The Rapper, & T.I. Visit ‘Ellen’ To Talk ‘Rhythm + Flow’
Cardi B, Chance The Rapper, and T.I. recently visited The Ellen Show to talk about their new forthcoming hip-hop competition show Rhythm + Flow which is coming to Netflix.
During the visit, Cardi B talked a bit about her recent trip to Paris for fashion week. “It was amazing. I had a good time. I went to the Chanel show and to the Tom Brown Show,” Cardi B said before Chance The Rapper opened up the conversation regarding Rhythm + Flow.
“It’s hip-hop’s first legitimate TV competition series on Netflix and its basically myself, my fellow judges, seeing the greatest talent of hip-hop across the nation. Bringing them into one place and seeing what they got,” Chance The Rapper said of the show.
When Ellen Degeneres asked the trio who was the toughest judge, they all decided that Cardi B was.
“I was hard,” Cardi said. “Well I like you, but I don’t know. So what are you thinking,” T.I. said in an attempt to jokingly mock the “Money” rapper. “It comes down to me, every time,” Chance The Rapper said. “It always up to Chance,” Cardi B echoed before sharing that she’s told a few competitors that she didn’t like them.
The three rappers also revealed that Rhythm + Flow will also have guest appearances from other artists such as Snoop Dogg, Fat Joe, and the late Nipsey Hussle. Chance The Rapper also shared that it was Cardi B’s husband, Offset who encouraged him to marry his wife.
