LISTEN: K. Michelle Releases ‘Supahood’ Featuring City Girls & Kash Doll
K. Michelle has recruited City Girls and Kash Doll for a new single titled “Supahood.” The R&B singer has brought the hoods of Memphis, Miami, and Detroit together on the mid-tempo track.
Although the single officially features City Girls, only Yung Miami of the southern rap duo appears on the track, as JT is currently incarcerated.
K. Michelle took to Instagram early Friday (Sept. 19) to announce that the single was available on all platforms. Although the song is brand new, “Supahood” has already reached number five on the iTunes Top 100 R&B chart.

“‘Cause the hooder the better, we badder together/The richer the n—-, the p—- get wetter/The hooder the better, we badder together/The richer the n—-, the p—- get wetter,” K. Michelle sings on the hook.
“When they super hood, yeah, that be super good/It’s just somethin’ ’bout them n—– when they out the hood/I let him hold my car with no license/Knock a b—- out, got ’em like I’m Mike Tyson,” Yung Miami raps.
“Used to have goals but he got rid of those/Went from movin’ O’s to f—–‘ wit’ CEO’s/When bad b——controls, neck and wrists get froze/And them the type of n—-, soak my p—- through my clothes,” Kash Doll raps.
