Historic Hoskins Coalition Community Parade & Festival
On October 1st A Brighter Day Outreach led by Founder, Beverly Knox Davis is inviting us to the 2022 parade and festival. A Brighter Day non-profit organization provides educational and emotional support, including mentoring and educational programs to children and young adults in at risk communities. This outreach organization also provides life coaching, counseling, training programs, and pride in the community and resources. A Brighter Day Outreach can help to support homeless teens until graduated from high school. They also assist families with certain utilities. To learn more about A Brighter Day Outreach, click here. The October 1st parade begins at 10 am at 511 S. Hoskins Road, Carolina Farm Trust Market at Historic Hoskins. Parade line-up begins at 9:00 am EST, but line-up gates will open at 8 am EST if you want to participate. This fun event will have horse groups, motorcycle clubs, Charlotte’s Princess (Meoshia), car clubs, dancing teams, marching bands, non-profits, and more.
