$10 Lottery Ticket Turns Into $1 Million For A Charlotte Woman
Now that’s a good return on investment spend $10 on a ticket to make $ 1 Million. I’d take that any day. And that’s just what happened for Mary Szura a Charlotte resident. Szura purchased a ’50x the cash’ ticket from the QuikTrip located in Matthews on Monroe Rd. And that $10 lottery ticket turned into a $1 million prize.
Szura traveled to Raleigh on Friday to claim her prize at the lottery headquarters. She chose to take the lump sum of $600,000 as opposed to an annuity of $50,000 a year for 20 years. After taxes she will take home $424,503.
