America’s sweatiest cities have been named. And this is really no surprise. Weather experts factored in not only the heat, but say it with me, the humidity.

There are actually 2 cities in the southeast on the list. Atlanta, Georgia is on the list and so is our little corner of the country in Charlotte, North Carolina. Austin, Texas also makes the hot hot hot list. Even in May our Texas friends were enduring 100 degree temperatures. That has only happened six other years in recorded history according to our source The Daily Mail. And those records started back in 1898. Austin is hotter than Charlotte for sure. Temperatures have reached as high as 110 . And that doesn’t factor in the humidity.

In 1879, Atlanta’s summertime temperature hovered around 82 degrees. This June the Georgia metropolis was the cities second hottest in recorded history. So, what we are saying is, it’s hot folks. Not much of a news flash there.
