A Man Attempts To Trespass Into Drake’s Toronto Mansion
A man has been arrested as he attempted to trespass into Drake’s Toronto mansion on Wednesday (May 8). According to TMZ, a source told the outlet that the man was trying to gain access to the rapper’s mansion but he was immediately intercepted by security. The man was detained by security until he Toronto police arrived on scene.
This is the second incident that has happened at Drake’s Toronto mansion in the last 24 hours. On Tuesday (May 7), the For All The Dogs rapper’s Toronto home was targeted in a shooting that left his security guard with serious injuries, according to Toronto Police Inspector Paul Krawczyk in a Tuesday press conference.
Krawczyk didn’t confirm if Drake was in the house at the time of the shooting, but he has been working with the rapper’s team during the investigation. While this incident also happened in the wake of Drake’s feud with Kendrick Lamar, when Krawczyk was asked if the tension between the rappers had anything to do with the shooting, he said that no motive had been determined at this time.
Also on Tuesday across the pond, Drake’s OVO storefront was tagged with graffiti. The message read: “they not like us.” The lyric is the last line from Kendrick’s latest diss track, so far, against Drake on “Not Like Us.”
Kendrick Lamar And Drake Trade Shots On Various Diss Tracks
Kendrick Lamar addressed how he feels on from Future and Metro Boomin’s We Don’t Like You. “Yeah, get up with me, f— sneak dissing/’First Person Shooter,’ I hope they came with three switches,” Kendrick raps.
He adds, referencing J. Cole and Drake’s lyrics on “First Person Shooter”: “Think I won’t drop the location? I still got PTSD/Motherf— the Big 3, n—-, it’s just big me.”
“N—-a, bum, what? I’m really like that/And your best work is a light pack/N—-, Prince outlived Mike Jack’/N—-, bum, ‘fore all your dogs gettin’ buried/That’s a K with all these nines, he gon’ see Pet Sematary n—-, bum,” he raps.
Ever since Kendrick’s guest verse on “Like That,” the two have been taking lyrical shots at one another. The Compton native claims that Drake is a pedophile has ghostwriters and doesn’t claim an alleged 11-year-old daughter.
The last diss track to come about so far is Drake’s “The Heart Part 6.” The Toronto native dropped the track over the weekend. Drake claims that Kendrick’s kids aren’t his and are actually Dave Free’s, the former president of Top Dawg Entertainment whom K. Dot was signed to for 10 years.
