NC Fall Liver Mush Festival Goes Virtual This Year
Shelby’s annual NC Fall Live Mush Festival: Mush, Music, and Mutts will be a virtual event this year. The popular fall festival averages over 16,000 annual visitors each September. But after the surge in the delta variant, they are “reimagining” to a virtual event this year. This comes after the festival was canceled in 2020.
While the 2021 Little Miss Liver Mush Pageant unfortunately has been canceled. However, other festival events like the Liver Mush Cooking Video Contest will go virtual. A Virtual Marketplace showcasing arts and crafts vendors and a Virtual Pet Costume Contest will also go on.
