Mental Wellness Seminar For All
Mental illness is overwhelming and frustrating for individuals and their families whether you are experiencing it for the first time or have been coping with symptoms for years. HopeWay understands this and is committed passion to providing compassionate real solutions for behavioral health. HopeWay, an accredited nonprofit mental health residential and day treatment center for adults, will be hosting its 4th Annual George C. Covington Educational program on Wednesday, Jan. 27. “An Evening with Dr. Jennifer Ashton” will focus on “A Conversation About Self-Care: Small Changes That Make A BIG Difference.”
This year’s event will be virtual and live streamed from HopeWay’s campus from 6:30-7:30 p.m. It will feature an interactive conversation with Dr. Ashton, Chief Medical Correspondent for ABC News, and HopeWay’s CEO & Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Alyson R. Kuroski-Mazzei, on the importance of wellness and how physical health and mental health go hand in hand. The event is free to the public, but online reservations are required to ensure an accurate headcount.
