Serena Williams Responds To Catsuit Ban At Tennis Open
If you follow tennis star Serena Williams, you are probably very familiar with her daring wardrobe when she’s on the court. Well, apparently one of her ‘catsuits’ was a bit much for French Open officials, so they’ve banned catsuits starting next year!
Ridiculous, right?!! Now if that isn’t some ‘hate’ I don’t know what is??
Anyway, the President of the French Tennis Federation says they will implement a new dress code in the future. He says “I think that sometimes we’ve gone too far.” As for the catsuit in question, Bernard Giudicelli added, “(It) will no longer be accepted. One must respect the game and the players.”
Whatever!! To imply Williams disrespected anyone, is disrespectful in itself!!! STOP! Nonetheless, Williams isn’t stressing over it. She says they have a right to do what they want. She’s still gonna kill the game!
And for the record, Williams didn’t wear that one black catsuit number just to be wearing it. Remember, she had blood clots after her baby was born, so her catsuit was specially made to help with her blood circulation. So there!!
