If you’re planning to fly anytime soon, it’s good to know what some of the best Airlines are. The UK-based airline Skytrax recently conducted a survey to find out the world’s favorite airline. They conducted more than 14 million customer surveys in more than 100 countries.
Customers judged the airlines based on a number of categories. For example, there were awards for World’s Best Business Class Lounge. Virgin Atlantic took that spot. Airlines were also judges on Best Low-Cost Airline. In the U.S., Southwest Airlines won that category.
Most of the airlines awarded were international airlines. AirlineRatings. com also included awards for Best Business Class, Best Business Class Seat, Best Cabin Staff and Best Cabin Cleanliness.
