With the top five most delicious trends for next year, the company encourages food lovers everywhere to embrace their adventurous spirit below.

  • Mexican Cuisine

    America’s new favorite comfort food is Mexican cuisine. As Mexican cuisine has become more accessible in the past few decades, younger generations have grown up eating it, whether in restaurants or fast food chains. Beans, rice, cilantro, and hotter sauces are becoming the go-to nostalgic foods of comfort for stateside gastronomes who enjoy steak and seafood. As a topping or seasoning, cheese, salsa, and guacamole go well with any meal.

  • Climatarian Eating Is On The Rise

     This eating regimen aims to eat for the planet’s health, with choices based on environmental impact. Even though this eating trend might still be in its infancy, it will remain relevant as younger generations in particular become more concerned about the environment.
