From Excitement To Agony – Inspirational Moment

I have another inspirational moment for you! I was out for my morning walk the other day. The weather was perfect – sunny skies, a nice breeze, not a lot of traffic and the birds were chirping. In that moment, I was so motivated to walk. About 30 minutes in – I was hot & tired. That sun was no joke. I was on the phone with a friend & I shared with her how I was so hyped in the beginning, but now not so much.
