Operation Christmas Child Is Hiring Greeters, Coaches and Coordinators
Jobs in the U.S. remain scared. In fact, the latest numbers show some 66 million people have filed for unemployment since the coronavirus pandemic started this spring. But, there’s good news and just in time for the holidays. Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is hiring in Charlotte.
Operation Christmas Child, which is a division of the relief organization Samaritan’s Purse, is offering a number of positions for its processing center in Charlotte. The jobs are paid, seasonal positions available from mid-November to mid-December with daytime and evening shifts. Jobs include greeters, team coaches, and coordinators. Pay starts at $14/hour.
OCC distributes shoeboxes filled with gifts for children around the world. For many of the children, it is the first “gifts” they’ve ever received. Last year, OCC distributed almost 10 million ‘shoeboxes’ for children in over 100 countries.
