Big news for the Queen City culinary scene with the inclusion of a Charlotte restaurant on the New York Times 50 Best Restaurants list.
This list is an annual one by the publication. Each year they travel the country and eat extremely well to curate a list of the nation's premier dining establishments. And the honorees reflect the entirety of the country including Oklahoma City, Juncos, Puerto Rico, Washington state, and Maine. A lot of the restaurants are upscale food but you also have some sandwich shops, bbq joints, and other more casual dining options. There is also a variety of ethnic cuisine including Ethiopian barbecue, Haitian cooking, and Asian delicacies.
