Tisha Campbell, Essence Atkins, And More To Star In Pilot Titled ‘Black Don’t Crack’

Several prominent Black actors and actresses have been cast to star in a new pilot for ABC titled Black Don’t Crack.

Variety states that Tisha Campbell, Essence Atkins, Tahj Mowry, Isaiah Mustafa, and Beth Grant have all been cast in the show. Sherri Shepherd will also star in the pilot.

The outlet describes the showing, saying, “The show follows three former sorority sisters (Shepherd, Atkins, Campbell) who lost touch after college and reunite during a pivotal point in their lives.”

Regina Hicks will be the writer and producer for Black Don’t Crack, and Viola Davis will be one of the executive producers. There is no word yet on with the series will air.
