You don’t even have to bring your own syrup. If you are a pancake fan, on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., IHOP is offering a short stack of its buttermilk pancakes for just 58 cents. Fun fact, when IHOP first opened, a short stack was just 60 cents, by the way.
