January 24th marks the wacky holiday of National Peanut Butter Day!
Stranger (we know) but peanut butter has been enjoyed by millions of people since the 19th century! Fun fact, According to Jon Krampner, author of “Creamy and Crunchy: An Informal History of Peanut Butter, the All-American Food,” only Canada and the Netherlands consume more peanut butter per capita than the United States.
