A few months ago, we did a story on the most expensive homes on the market in the Queen City, and since then there’s been a lot of change in the market! So we thought it was time to give the list a refresh and show you what’s out there.
Of course homes at these price ranges don’t sell quite as quickly as others might, but there’s still a lot of new stuff to see here. From historic homes to ones with full football fields for lawns, they are worth the look. Plus, some of the homes that were on here before have changed prices.
There are 15 homes currently listed above $3,000,000 in Charlotte. We left out the ones without photos though, just to be clear. We are looking at homes with four or more bedrooms, three or more bathrooms, and lots of amenities. One even has a basketball court. With that being said, let’s take a look at the most expensive Charlotte homes currently on the market, as of April 19, 2022, below.
