Food Inspection Ratings: How Low Is Too Low? (Audio)
A score of 87 used to earn a spot on Mom and Dad’s refrigerator, but would a food inspection score of 87 earn a spot on your restaurant list?
The MRL show had quite the difference of opinion on food inspection ratings and just how low is too low. Some people feel anything less than a 95 is purely unacceptable whereas others think as long as things appear to look fine then it’s all good! We had listeners from the food industry weigh in on what constitutes a low rating, and discovered that Maney and his wife may be forced to eat at separate places based on their standards…

Worked for local pizza chain years ago. We got points deducted for our dumpster which was not close to the restaurant and for the sink missing a knob. @themrlshow
