Halle Bailey has been gracefully paving her own way in Hollywood. One part of the Grammy-nominated duo ChloeXHalle, the two sisters have created their own solo careers in music, tv, and film.

  Miss Bailey loves a cutout, and this is one of her best yet. For the 5th Annual Wearable Art Gala she wore a stunning jeweled black gown with a cutout showing off her toned midriff. The dress also had a diamond collared halter which pulled the look altogether.
