Lowe’s Launches Same-Day Delivery and AI Tool for Home Improvement Members

Lowe's rolled out same-day delivery on qualifying orders above $25 when placed before 2 p.m. Members of MyLowe's Rewards and MyLowe's Pro Rewards can use this new option. The company also unveiled Mylow, an AI helper built to guide people with repairs and upgrades by suggesting products and offering instructions.

Per Axios, the delivery option helps with urgent fixes or final touches. No extra store trip required. Both reward programs give members access, plus savings and added benefits.

Mylow assists shoppers with everyday projects by answering questions. It figures out how much mulch you need and suggests ways to handle crabgrass. It also explains how to get garden beds ready when spring arrives.

Users move from picking products to completing their purchase with the AI's help. They can select same-day delivery on small orders or arrange bigger shipments around what the project demands.

SpringFest continues until April 22, featuring price cuts on items for the season. Mulch Week brings deals across the country from April 9-15.
