Charlotte SHOUT! Festival Brings Over 200 Events to Uptown Until April 19

Charlotte SHOUT! started Friday. It runs until April 19. The festival packs in more than 200 happenings across Uptown during these 17 days, blending art with music, food, and community programs at different spots around the city.
