I was helping a friend out the other day. He’d ask me how to complete a task on the computer. It was somewhat of a detailed task, which is why I emailed him the instructions So, I asked him “Did you not get the instructions.” He immediately answered he didn’t receive it.
He double checked and realized he did receive it. He just hadn’t read it. I just shook my head because every question he asked me was answered in the instructions I had given. He had gotten frustrated for nothing all because he didn’t read.
