April Boyd

If there was a picture in the dictionary for the word 'selfless', April Boyd would be it. Her husband, Darrell, nominated her to be my Diva of the Day because he says she always puts others first. Those 'others' include their three adopted children, all of whom have special needs. And Darrell says he is a retired army veteran and has his own health challenges.

Nonetheless, he says April is there through it all. She cares for and serves her family without complaining. He wants give her the flowers she so deserves. Listen in as I catch April off guard with my call.

The month of March is all about the ladies as we celebrate Women's History Month. That's why it's no secret I get my energy from women like these that I honor every week on Diva Of The Day. If you know of a woman who is extraordinary in her own right, nominate her to be a Diva of the Day! Click here to nominate.
