This years bands include Winston Salem State, Clark Atlanta, Elizabeth City State, Fayetteville State, Talladega College, and for the first time EVER in the Queen City, Mississippi Valley, the return of Bethune Cookman, and back for the first time in 8 years, North Carolina A&T!
