Video Shows A Fox Running On South Carolina Beach

BUNGENDORE, AUSTRALIA - FEBRUARY 02: A rescued fox stands in a recovery center for foxes and dingos on February 2, 2020 near Bungendore, Australia. Networks of wildlife rescuers and caregivers across Australia have responded to the country's historic bushfires, which have killed countless animals. In many affected areas, surviving wildlife are now suffering from near starvation, due to the widespread habitat destruction.

A fox is an animal I'm not expecting to see. But even here in Charlotte, they do exist. I actually know someone who lives less than a mile from me in the SouthPark area who had a group of them in their backyard. That was startling news to learn. But perhaps even more shocking that foxes is in SouthPark, is a fox on the beach in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The video was shared on social media by local Myrtle Beach meteorologist Ed Piotrowski. It was given to him by a viewer and clearly shows a fox out for a jog on the beach.

In the comment section of the post, he says that this is actually a common occurrence. Who knew? I guess the fox likes the beach as much as humans do!
