Popular Seafood Chain Opens In Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina
Seafood lovers get your taste buds ready for some mouth-watering and succulent scallops, shrimp and of course, salmon. There’s a new seafood spot in town. Brown Bag Seafood Co. is opening it’s third location in the Charlotte area.
It’s a fast-casual Midwest seafood chain, based in Chicago but now has three Charlotte locations. The first Brown Bag Seafood Co. opened in August at Birkdale Village in Huntersville. There’s a second location in South End on W. Worthington Ave and the latest just opened in uptown Charlotte. It’s located at 601 S. Tryon Street in the Ally Center.
The newest location is 2,700 sq. foot restaurant. The company say it is the largest of all the Brown Bag Seafood locations across Chicago, Atlanta and Charlotte.
What’s on the menu
Once entering, you will choose from the menu at the counter. They can choose from fish and seafood, chicken and even vegetarian and vegan options. You’ll be able to choose from daily catch, salmon, shrimp, cod or chicken plus veggie options that start at $9.65. The company says you can opt to make a sandwich salad, taco or “powerbox.” (which is a mix of quinoa, wheatberry, brown rice, spinach and herbs.)
You can also choose from pre-built meals like a lobster roll with truffle parmesan tots, fish and chips, clam chowder and more. Prices range from $12.25 to $34.
