Prominent Charlotte, North Carolina Pastor Dies; Wife Speaks (Video)

A prominent pastor who served the Charlotte community for 40 years has passed. Victory Christian Center says Pastor Robyn Gool died last Friday (Nov. 18).

The church made the announcement on social media and did not say the cause of his death. Gool and his wife, Marilyn started the Victory Christian Church in 1980. The church had it’s first meeting that summer at a warehouse in the Matthews area.

Gool was still serving as the pastor at Victory Christian Center when he passed.

At this writing, funeral arrangements are incomplete.
