I plan to throw out a piece of furniture on my balcony. It’s a bistro table that has rusted beyond repair. I DO plan to keep the tabletop because it’s in great condition. A friend, who is a welder, came by to take a look at my table – the piece I planned to throw away. He took one look and said, ‘No problem, I’ll just rebuild it.’
