Snoop Dogg Cancels International Tour Due To ‘Unforeseen Scheduling Conflicts’
Snoop Dogg is one busy man and unfortunately, a lot of his projects have begun to overlap which has now resulted in a partial cancelation of his I Wanna Thank Me Tour.
It has been reported that the Death Row Records CEO is canceling part of the international leg of his tour due to “unforeseen scheduling conflicts” related to “family obligations and upcoming [TV] and film projects.” The tour scheduled to begin on Aug. 26 and run through Sept. 19, hitting Great Britain, Finland, France, Germany, and Ireland has been canceled. Additionally, Snoop has postponed the Australian leg of the tour that was slated for October and November. Per Billboard, Snoop is likely to be seen Down Under this coming February.
“While we understand the disappointment with these shows moving back to 2023,” the statement read per the outlet, “we also respect Snoop’s decision and can’t wait to have the God Father of Rap finally back on Australian shores.”
The announcement came “FROM THE DESK OF SNOOP DOGG” and will be honoring refunds for the affected fans.
The tour was originally scheduled for 2020 and ultimately postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
