CMS Steps Up Safety Measures for active shooter situations, and More
Parents across the country, including in the Charlotte area, are left worrying about sending their children to school. So School districts in the Carolinas have taken the initive to enhance safety measures for active shooter situations. Last night the sixth annual Red, White and Bundled Baby Shower was held at the Cornelius Town Hall. This event is to support military families with newborns. At 10:00 a.m. this morning StarMed will be handing out another 600 units of baby formula to families in need at their two locations: 4001 Tuckaseegee Road and 5344 Central Ave.
