New music from Lil Baby is on the way!

The Atlanta-bred rapper took to Twitter to hint that his new music is soon approaching just in time for summer.

“It’s Gone Be A Nastyyyyy Summer,” the rapper tweeted earlier this month adding, “My turn again,” which referenced his last solo album My Turn which dropped back in February of 2020.

Yesterday (May 22), the rapper gave his six million followers a subtle update by tweeting, “7/?/22 [fire emojis],” which hints at a possible release day sometime in July. The tweet garnered over 10,000 retweets and nearly 80,000 likes from fans anticipating his upcoming release.

Just last month Chris Brown announced that he was going on tour with the My Turn rhymer. Brown is set to release Breezy on June 24 ahead of the pair’s upcoming nationwide tour which will kick off on July 15. It’s speculated that if Lil Baby drops an album in July it will be before the start of their tour.
