CMS Superintendent Earnest Winston Is Out And More
Yesterday, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education voted 7-2 to end the employment of Superintendent Earnest Winston. He will be paid a severance of $24,000 per month for the next two years, as required by contract. The Charlotte Area Transit System announced that mask are now optional when riding CATS vehicles.
